He was only in action for a few months, and only had 5 victims, but Jack the Ripper was not only never caught, but also became one of the most notorious serial killers of all time.

- He reminds me of someone form Kuroshitsuji. Jack the Ripper is also mentioned in that anime (in case you didn't know). I like this. 5/5
