I love everything you have sketched here. Very nice and it does all seem to be in proportion. The only part that is kind of not in proportion is the arm pointing forward. Yes, you did draw it the right way, but next time try drawing the shoulder a little out more. It's very simple to tell how wide the shoulders need to be depending on the head size... Sorry for my picky-ness. xD
