- As a character it is pretty good, and with practice I think you have potential. A few pointers, though. Before doing anime I highly suggest practicing your anatomy, even realism before trying anything else. Anime characters definitely have different proportions than real people, but 99.9% of the time they retain the same basic look of a person. With this in mind, mastering your ability to draw people will significantly help your artwork and make it look professional. Hope this helps!
