Hmmm. A whole lot of sketchy lines, no shading, a bit off in proportion, and an odd looking handle for the sword. It's definitely not the worst, but it could easily be improved. Learn a bit about some proportion (even for manga-type drawings), about the handles of swords and katanas, about hair, shading, lighting, etc.
