The manga book is made up of short stories, and Dental Floss happened to be my favorite one. Now to tell you whats going on here, the man in the painting is a dentist and he has a fetish for seeing the expression of fear on cute boys faces, but the boy in this painting has stolen the heart of this particular dentist <3.
