Her name is Angelique and the OC doesn't belong to me but the drawing and dress design do.
I wanted to try something a little different as far as dresses go, Idon't like the bottom teir's inking though, I got lazy.

- Thanks! I hate dresses but I would actually wear this if I could make it, the only problem would really be the skirt because of the design I gave it XD
