This is, obviously, a Feris Wheel. I took this picture with a digital camera and using Microsoft Office Piture Manager I edited it into a Black & White photo. I believe the absence of color gives it character.

- The absence of color just kind of makes it look like photography that's making up for its lack of substance by trying to look extra arty or something, I believe.
