- Description: This was taken on a day in Downtown Los Angeles when it was very cold and raining. Why I would take such a photo when I got back home I thought about it. It was cause even when it was raining there is still beauty in it even in a big city like LA. I'll point out why 1st it was the ground of how it was shining and the lights made it look as if there where stars in a B/W photo. Last the clouds in the sky gave it a misty look and overall I thought it looked like an old school movie. Comments Loved
