This is, obviously, a Feris Wheel. I took this picture with a digital camera and using Microsoft Office Piture Manager I edited it into a Black & White photo. I believe the absence of color gives it character.

- I actually like the abscence of color in this photo- I can appreciate the darks and the lights much more. (Although, I might have upped the contrast a little, to make your blacks black and your whites white).
