I like the concept, though you may want to consider trying something that will confuse people less (like candy cigarettes or gum cigars?). The angle is also a bit too low without a clear purpose of why, with a lot of seemingly unnecessary space left over... unless you had the same thing in the bottom right, leaving the top left open for your representative of smoke?
