What beach are you refering to? I was under the impression all of Oregon's coast was Public domain. I'm pretty sure none of the beaches in Oregon are private, but I would be willing to hear what city! (I'm only curious because I live in Oregon, and spend many a day at the beach.)
And about your photograph? It seems pretty average beach photography. But I bet it's special because of the memories involved. (I have hundreds of almost the same photo, because I've probably been to that same beach.) - Report As Spam

- I looove how the sun is directly on the right hand corner. Very cool effect! Ho man, do i wish I were at a beach right now! I kinda wish that the person (?) to the left were out of it but it's a great shot all the same. The puddles in the sand look very pretty.
