- TZA, This is the person who took the picture. XD Just new account. Anyway, It was meant to be blurry, It was really just a picture taken forthe colors. No, it's not an arm. It was part of someones yard. >_> You seem to be one of those people who thinks that every picture taken has to be clear and just like the others. >_> No, there are other types of photography

- It looks like a shot that was manipulated to be blurry around the edges and the pixels are big enough to make it hard to make out details of the photo and it's hard to see the kid or what that flesh-colored thing that resembles an arm but not sure what it is that's sticking in on the left side.
