- Basically I used a slow shutter speed. So You stand in front of of the camera for half the time then run away.

- Oh for god's sake you people are nieve! I'm sorry to be a downer, But it's simple, it's just convenient placment of a reflection, if you look to the right of the pic, you can see refraction from light glare... I'm sorry, and I believe in ghosts, it's just, I don't think a reflection is going to haunt me...
