    So softly
    The cold wind blowing against my face
    Eeire tunes
    And fridgid nights
    Blight of the trees
    With their branches glistening white
    In the dark sky
    Not making a sound
    Fluffy white flakes
    Fall to the frozen ground
    The shining ice
    Reflects the little light
    That is breaking through the dark clouds
    It rests on
    Drooping nival grass
    And the icicles that look like glass
    The beauty of it all suddenly hits me
    As I gaze out across the land
    Everything is coated in white sparkling snow
    Could it ever seem more like Christmas?
