    just take a look around!
    people are out shopping,
    there's snow upon the ground,

    Everyone's exchanging gifts!
    and families come together,
    little children play outside
    and enjoy the snowy weather!


    their setting up for santa,
    their putting up the tree,
    their getting out the stockings so they can hang them up!,
    their putting out the cookies for him to gobble up!


    houses lit with christmas lights,
    with decorations too!
    all with colors red and green,
    christmas is upon us!

    carolers are singing lovely christmas songs,
    from door to door they go bringing cheer along!
    and every bodies faces seem so cherry and birght,
