- yes her hair is brown in the picture, however in the original drawings of Tims Nightmare before Christmas, her hair was in fact red. and as for the idea of her skin tinted blue, actually that is really the night scene in the picture, so it cant really be helped. and as for the eyes an the skin, well i wanted to get some glasses and such.... however it just didnt seem like sally, so i left it as it is. i was thinking of
