It's Ryoga Hibiki from Ranma½, totally lost with an expiring gift for Akane Tendo - even with a map in hand! Unfortunately for him, GPSs weren't invented when he debuted in the manga/anime world.
Although one of the strongest characters & Ranma's main rival, he is cursed with a horrible sense of direction, so bad that he sometimes can't find the exit to the room he is in. He can't even follow his own hand-drawn maps!

- Not bad. Try adding an umbrella, using the dragon slippers from Global Imports instead of the dapper shoes.
