This is ash from the scene close to the ending of the film. He gets shocked by mew and mewtwo's powerful attacks and ends up turning to stone and dies. Pikachu tries to shock him with lightning to wake him up. But it fails. The pokemon start to cry and their tears sparkle into ash to try and revive him. Pikachu lets out one final tear which finally brings ash back to life.

I cried so hard when that happened. However I was like 5 and I was like "I helped saved Ash by crying."
I still cry though.
