So, let's see... arms aren't sticking out, the barrel has been used for similar purposes before, and the eyes that look like Jigglypuff's add a bit of sparkle and make the cheeks a bit pinker. Because you don't like it, the creator must have cheated.

- But the hair is awful, the ears are alright but she has no arms and those eyes are atrocious because they're too sparkly and have unnecessary blush. The use of the barrel is a very old tactic. No one is jealous. I know how the arena works, hence the explanations I gave on how this could've won. It's just a head.
