A character from Jet Set Radio Future. You get her later in the game. Jazz is odd, as she sometimes acts all laid back ("I feel you, but don't do anything rash") and sometimes just drops that. ("Those Noise Tanks are going to die!")
Garam has a crush on her.
I couldn't get all the items, and the long sleeved shirt covered her gloves. There are also no black rollerskates. Gaia wouldn't accept my reference picture, so sorry that there isn't one. - Date: 08/10/2009
