The Undertaker (アンダーテイカー) is, as his name suggests, a funeral director. He often works with corpses resulting from movements in the underworld of the United Kingdom and acts as Ciel's informant. He's drooling because he does so quite a lot in the anime, especially when he's asking for pay from Ciel.
Also, I was torn between displaying the length of his hair (which, in the anime, goes about to his knees) or its wildness, and I went with the former since I couldn't do both. Sorry it isn't perfect D; - Report As Spam
