Tissue Hime is a bassist from Nico Nico Douga. Tissue Hime cosplays Nagato Yuki and is actually a boy! Tissue Hime is from the band called Ouzoku Band.
I found finding the right coat for this cosplay hard...
NOTE: Scarf and mask are not present in ref pic. The scarf and mask are from the IRL version of Tissue Hime.
Also, this cosplay still has room for improvement...
