If you don't know this wonderful character, she's the main character in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. She started the SOS Brigade club, in which Haruhi is the leader.

True that, you need better hair, so many ppl are cosplaying this so much it is kinda becoming the next naruto(by that it is very over used).
