This is a cosplay of a character Known as Horohoro From "Shaman king"
For his first oversoul he channels Kororo into his snowboard. The snowboard sprouts Kororo's eyes and mouth and is covered in a blue aura. He can also attach his snowboard oversoul to his arm and use an attack called the Nipopo Punch. - Date: 05/07/2010

Nice work! As a thought, and don't take this as being mean, but have you tried using one of the Hidden Ace sprites with this cosplay? They could substitute for Kororo. :3
