Dante Sparda is the main character from Devil May Cry series, he is often seen with a red duster coat, carrying his two guns Ebony and Ivory (This cosplay uses the reference and has only one gun). He is a half-demon that specializes in paranormal cases and is the twin brother of Vergil.
(For the coat, I debated custom cut and the current one, but the custom cut had more excess things that did not match the reference.)
