- *sigh* Matt's eyes are green, his hair is more blonde, and I do not think he wears converse. Maybe. idk but 4/5 for hair and eye issues

- I would love you forever for this....if only it was accurate to some degree. Sadly it looks like a terrible pastiche of the 10th and 11th Doctors. If you are going to cosplay as one of these iconic Time Lords, have the decency to stick to one of them as a base theme and not debase the name of Doctor Who with this horror. 2/5 for some effort and the TARDIS-like item.

- Sorry got excited. Everyone else is right-it looks like a weird combination of 10 and 11. Reference picture is 11, though. Very confusing.

- That mouth doesn't really work 'cause it's outlined in black; it looks like lipstick. I don't understand the use of the apple. The vest isn't necessary and the coat is too long if you're cosplaying Matt Smith's version (aka 11). Sorry, but this could've been done better.

- The eyes are creepy as hell. I agree that it looks like a 10/11 hybrid with 11s fez and bow tie, but the rest of the entire outfit is 10s.. 1/5
