After having it stolen, she began training on her own in order to be able to fight without her bankai. After being confronted by BG9 again, Kisuke Urahara found a way to get Soi Fon's Bankai back, which ultimately led her to defeating BG9.

- :'( I loved BG9, by the way! So sad that him and Cang Du (another villain who stole Hitsugaya's Bankai) were put up to death by Yhwach. RIP BG9, my favorite Vandenreich member! *cries softly*
