This avi is Neliel Tu Oderschvank as a Captain of the Gotei 13 instead of an Arrancar.
Since she is a Shinigami the skull on her head is not her own hollow mask but instead the mask of a hollow that almost killed her. She wears the skull to remind herself how close to death she had come. Neliel wears redish-pink facepaint to stick out and not look like any ordinary Soul Reaper. Her zanpakuto is Gamuza, a katana that changes into a double ended lance when released. - Date: 12/16/2008
