for all the stupid ppl commenting the tie: Naruto's zip down area is black, so that is what it looks like. friken DUH!
and its not a normal rasengan, thats why he didn't use the mimzy aura.
and yes, naruto is overdone, but if someone can do an exceptionally well job, why not show it off?
and that headband works better than the ninja one cuz it has the long ribbon tails.
