- the only thing that changed on Sasuke's outfit during the final fight was the vest indeed, but it was black, not green, it was not of Itachi he changed, Sasuke was using 2nd state to amplify his own flames so as to use Chidori Kirin, on top of that, you should have used hand wraps for Sasuke's current outfit during that fight, changed the pants to the black version, remove the foot wraps, and use benkei's vest black, it looks more like Sasuke's than anything...3/5 for your attempt...
