- Description: Lorelei is the first member of the elite four of the kanto league. She uses ice/water type pokemon but Lapras seems to be her strongest yet her favorite. In Leafgreen/firered version she lives on four island where she cared for her lapras. It also says it's been with her ever since.(sorry i couldn't get her with lapras pic) :( well vote fairly :)
