I was watching the original movie and i thought, why not make a dorothy avatar. and it couldn't be dorthy without Toto (her black scottie). So i did it. iT costed to much for the basket. (i am not rich) so i went without it

- wtf?!?!? ruby slippers? fail. as a fan of the books, this avvie does not work, sorry. you need silver shoes, and a better dress. . . the red riding hood MC would work great with this cosplay. personally, i would keep the skin tone, its light enough to be a tan, which she probably would have since she does live / work on a farm. also, i belive you can use different colored backgrounds when entering the arena, use white next time so we can see toto

- I think there is a better dress and maybe you should have waited to get money to get the basket so there'd be more to it, otherwise it looks good. Changing skin color is pointless since it's a cosplay. 3/5 for a good effort. ^_^

Guys, I think bringing race into this is a little much...
But yeah, the note at the bottom fixes it for me.
I think there is a better dress for this, though,

- Her hair is brown sorry to say and theres prolly a bttr dress out there but it's good I like it. and for gods sake people calm down so what if her skin color is different shes cosplaying NOT the actual Dorothy. If you went to a cosplay convention you can't change the color of your skin inless u were as rich as mike jackson. don't base it on the color of skin. I personally think she looks like her. :]
