- Description: Taelia is the Snow Faerie that lives on Terror Mountian is Neopia for any current or old fans(like me XD) of Neopets. I was messing with my avatar for like the 5th time today when I put the coat and wig on together and it reminded me of Taelia so then I threw on a bunch more snowy/winterish items and decided to put it in the arena. Hope ypu all like it!
