Umbreon is the pokémon that evolves from eevee when leveling up at night when its happiness level is high. Its whole body is black and it has crimson eyes. There are yellow rings over its legs, tail, and forehead. At night time its rings glow.
(Note: I did not use the new cat items for paws because they would make the legs and arms skinnier than the gold bands and look weird.) - Date: 10/23/2009
