Warning, possible spoilers! The Big Sisters are post-pubescent Little Sisters whose goal is to reclaim the ecological balance in Rapture that existed prior to the civil war. They’re seen as antagonists to the main character of the game; however, their true intent is little known and has yet to be unveiled.
