- Description: Little sisters are ADAM collectors in Rapture in Bioshock 1 and 2. Usually accompanied by their 'Big Daddy' they run around the city stabbing 'angels' with their make-shift needle guns. Their eyes glow because of the genetic modding that was done to them, and mostly because a slug that produces ADAM is growing inside their bellies. They are little girls, usually around 7 or 8 years old. And they are conditioned to see Rapture much differently than the other residents.
