Albert Wesker was once the leader of the RPD famous S.T.A.R.S. unit but soon betrayed them for the company he worked for called Umbrella. Since then he has been collecting samples of the T-virus for the company along with doing their dirty work like assasinations especially that of Dr. Marcus - Date: 03/15/2010

Why with the vampire skin?
Let's see, a different hairstyle, different shoes, and it looks more like Midnight Wesker from RE5 without the trenchcoat.
