Leonardo is a good archer but later in the game, he happens to be worse archer because of the 2 snipers u get later in the game, Rolf and Shinon.

I'm a severe FE fan and Leo is one of my favorite characters, so I'm going to give you a long rant. Sorry in advance.
As others have said, the reference image could be a lot better- it's hard to see any details. Leo's eyes are gray in color, and his skin tone is lighter. I've also seen a better shirt-combination if necessary- that can be used.

- Hm... it's not too bad from what I can tell with the TINY reference picture you have. I can't remember Radiant Dawn that well, but I'll give you a 3/5 for the effort.
