Pamela was a botanical prodigy serving under Jason Woodrue in Seattle. Fresh out of college, Isley was young and naive. Foolishly, she fell for her mentor; seduced by his words of love. Taking advantage of her feelings, Woodrue conducted a series of experiments that turned her into Poison Ivy at the cost of her humanity. Ever since Ivy has considered plants her children. The transformation added both poison and chlorophyll to her blood making her skin green.
