Rika Furude lives in Hinaizawa and is the main charecter from Higurashi When they cry. This is her dressed up as a waitress looking absolutely cute.
Note: Reve doesn't cover up everything so I had to use a different shirt. Also the scarlet rose was the only thing to match the flowers on her head. Of course using the nightmare would be good if Rika's flowers were black but they are not they are red, so I had to use the scarlet rose. - Date: 07/18/2010
