Tomoyo Daidouji from Cardcaptor Sakura. Tomoyo is one of Sakura's best friend. Tomoyo always seems to carry a camera with her wherever she goes and she likes to spend some of her very own time dressing up Sakura in many different outfits. Note: Tomoyo hardly ever seems to dress Sakura in the same outfit twice.
Please Note: Out of all the cameras that gaia has to offer, this was the best one that looked the closest to the color, shape, and detail of Tomoyo's camera.

@Sakura Parfait: Actually Tomoyo has a light gray camera but gaia doesn't even have a gray camera. So this was the closest I could get to the color of Tomoyo's camera. Sorry for the really late response.
