Rinoa Heartilly is a female protagonist and playable character from Final Fantasy VIII.
She is the daughter of Fury Caraway and Julia Heartilly.
Her best friend is her dog, Angelo, who often rushes into battle to help Rinoa when she's in trouble. Although she bears a male name, Angelo is actually a two-year-old female, and Rinoa's constant companion. - Date: 01/23/2011

- Huh, it's awesome to see a FFVIII cosplay win years after FFVIII came out. Yes, FFVIII is my favorite FF ever so I'm glad this entry won, not only because its well done but because it shows a good entry can win against the overrated Ichigos and Narutos out there.

- This should have gotten 1st place. I hated FF8 and I still hate it, but this is an excellent cosplay. Great job and congrats on placing.
