Dear Baby is Yaya Yuiki's character transformation with her chara, Pepe, in the manga/anime series: Shugo Chara!
Yaya only appears as Dear Baby about halfway through the series. She is peppy, hyper, and childish when she is character transformed or changed with Pepe.
