I know a bunch of Sailor Moon cosplay avatars have been done, but I don't ever recall seeing a Neo Queen Serenity. (If so, oops!)
Anyway, Neo Queen Serenity rules thirtieth century Crystal Tokyo with King Endymion.
The avatar is based off of the anime version, rather than the manga version.

When i first saw it i knew it was Sailor Moon because of the hair.

- The lips are fine, but the eyes aren't. You could have used Monae eyes in the salon with a Masquerade or Little Lucie layered over them to make them more Shoujo-ish. The Monae eyes are sad and gentle looking enough for Neo's often blithe demeanor.

- I really hate the eyes and the mouth. I don't understand why you chose to use them. They don't fit the character at all, and neither does the blush.
