- I think they failed when they made her night elf form just like they are doing with Nozdormu and his bearded High elf form... but you almost hit right on but adding so kind of black stocking would make it closer to the Ref. pic of her

- you need black stockings and a flared cape. there are a couple flared green capes around 4/5
