Outside, the people rage. The world is falling apart, and there is nothing Russia can do. No matter how much he tries to be kind, no matter how much he does for them, still they turn against him. Still they try to hurt him.
And now he realizes that the only way to stop it is to hurt them first.
He raises his gun and points it out the window at the crowd below.
"We don't want children who can't play nice, right?"
The gunshot cuts through the snowy air.

If you look at the actualy uniforms of that era, it would be black, not red. The Alexi Regalia item would work nicely for the coat, and you could use Lyndexer's Journal for the rifle.
