Lightning in her appearance from Final Fantasy XIII-2. Five years after XIII, as said in the trailer, everyone believes that Lightning is dead, except Serah. Lightning is actually in a different world dislodged from time.
Vote fairly. I worked extremely hard on this cosplay. If you can not see it, I do have a feather flap thing... on.
