Psychic Commander is Psychic Type Monster from the Yu-Gi-Oh! card game. In the Japanese Version of the card, his hand is outstretched. To avoid references to Naziism, this was removed and instead, the european and american versions of the card have his index finger pointing.
Some Notes: I could not find a weapon that went through the Mini UFO correctly, so i opted not to have one. I also avoided his arm being stretched out since it covered the mouth and I couldn't find the right color gloves. - Date: 07/27/2011
