Based on the Doctor Who episode "Blink" where the Weeping Angels surround the TARDIS and try to break inside.
I tried to keep the colour scheme as close as possible - but unfortunately I couldn't find a dress that had the right flow and the colour - so I went for the style rather than the darker white / grey. - Date: 09/22/2012
