Isn't his skin suppose to be darker?
As what I can see in the reference picture, its darker than your avatar.

This is pretty awesome! Then again, I have always loved TF.
I think you used some pretty creative item combinations, and he was immediately recognizable. But the vampire skin is far too pale and kind of throws it off for me.
